“L’art est poubelle”

On a sunny Parisian day, I took my camera and went for a walk.

It’s been longtime since I didn’t get inspired by Parisians. So I decided to share some of the photos I shot. They are random, I know, but that’s how my day was.

Starting with a flashy red note

Then with this cute lady. For once, I asked her if I can take the photo because she was moving a lot and I couldn’t have the position I wanted. But I forgot to ask her why did she have a pillow with her. So dear lady, if you’re passing by and saw your photo please tell us your story ๐Ÿ™‚ … Well she replied –> here

As for this photo, it’s candid and the lady is very stylish ๐Ÿ™‚

And last but not least, this peace of “contemporary art”

When the “Bouquiniste” saw me taking a photo of this strange mounting she “tried” to talk to me in English. When I replied in french that this was contemporary art she was very proud and asked me to tell her if I win a prize with this photo ๐Ÿ™‚

“L’art est poubelle” (Art is trash can), this is what’s written on the attached glove. I believe that it’s related to the new “stylish” trash cans installed in Paris this year

  1. Dear blogger,

My story is pretty simple. On Saturday, there was this huge international pillow fight, which had more than 1000 participants. It was held at Place de la Republique and at the same time all over the world – in London, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong etc.
So that’s the reason I was carrying a pillow around Paris with me that day ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you for your visit to the blog and for telling us your story. Now that I know that there was a pillow fight in Republique I’m disappointed that I missed it ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Btw Don’t hesitate to download your photo and if you want a higher resolution just tell me ๐Ÿ™‚
